Johanne Kristiansen

Johanne Kristiansen works in the business law area with the main emphasis on labor law and civil process. She assists both Norwegian and international clients with matters such as hiring, personnel issues, follow-up on sick leave, termination of employment, whistleblower cases, business transfers, and court proceedings.

Johanne has conducted and led several major investigations in both the private and public sectors. She has previously served as a judicial clerk and has extensive experience in negotiations and dispute resolution in the courts.

Johanne is an experienced lecturer and course instructor, teaching labor law at UiT The Arctic University of Norway.”
