Roland Mörsdorf is a truly international lawyer, advising corporates and financial investors from various countries on all types of M&A transactions in Norway, and on general business and corporate matters under Norwegian law.

In addition, Roland, being doubly qualified in Germany and Norway, heads Grette’s German Desk which assists companies from Austria, Germany and Switzerland when entering the Norwegian market and doing business in Norway.
