Roland Mörsdorf
Roland Mörsdorf is a truly international lawyer, advising corporates and financial investors from various countries on all types of M&A transactions in Norway, and on general business and corporate matters under Norwegian law.
In addition, Roland, being doubly qualified in Germany and Norway, heads Grette’s German Desk which assists companies from Austria, Germany and Switzerland on M&A transactions and when entering the Norwegian market and doing business in Norway. Prior to joining Grette, Roland worked in Germany and the Netherlands. He speaks Dutch, English, German and Norwegian. In addition, he has published a number of articles on corporate law and international private law in Norwegian and German legal journals, such as NTS, RR, RIW and IWRZ, and wrote the chapter on Norwegian law in the law commentary on international private limited liability company law.
