Hege Grønsberg Abrahamsen

Hege Grønsberg Abrahamsen is a partner and the head of employment law at Grette.

Hege has extensive experience in providing employment law advice and dispute resolution in court. She assists both Norwegian and international clients with matters such as hiring and termination of employment, personnel issues, reorganizations and downsizing processes, business transfers, whistleblowing cases, collective labor law issues, and pensions.

Hege has led numerous major investigations in both the private and public sectors. She regularly litigates in court and has several years of experience as a deputy judge at Oslo District Court.

Hege is an experienced speaker and regularly teaches on various employment law topics.
