We assist with the preparation, structuring and implementation of investigations and similar processes.

We have extensive experience both as investigator and as advisor to owners and businesses in connection with investigations, as well as with the implementation and development of compliance and anti-corruption tools. Investigation requires attention to, and balancing of, partly conflicting needs, such as adversarial proceedings, data protection, neutrality, objectivity and efficiency. We have tried and tested models for the implementation of both minor and very comprehensive investigations. We have extensive experience with safeguarding, managing and reviewing large volumes of information and documentation, both physically and via electronic database searches. An objective presentation of gathered information assessed in accordance with the terms of reference of the investigators will form the basis for deciding on further operations and managing any changes or improvements.
