Private Placement in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA

Grette acted as legal counsel to the managers (Carnegie AS, Pareto Securities AS and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB) in connection with a private placement in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA, raising total gross proceeds of NOK 600 million.

Cloudberry is a Nordic renewable energy company, which owns, develops and operates hydropower plants and wind farms in Norway and Sweden. The company is listed on the Oslo stock exchange.
