Thomas J. Fjell specialises in projects involving transactions, restructurings, shareholder conflicts, M&A, equity and loan financing for private and listed companies. He provides legal and strategic advice in relation to acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, financial work-outs and capital market transactions.
He has worked on several cross-border restructurings and transactions within a wide range of industries, including energy, offshore, shipping and private equity. Leveraging on his operational and legal background, Thomas has particular expertise from projects which require legal, financial and operational experience. In addition to his background as a corporate finance lawyer, he has held several operational positions in companies undergoing comprehensive cross-border restructurings. In addition to his law degree, Thomas holds an MBA in Energy.
