Anders Lien

Anders Lien specialises in company law. He offers legal advice regarding corporate law, restructuring and insolvency, dispute resolution, and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his competence in Norwegian corporate law, Anders has also acquired knowledge on German law through an exchange program at Ruprecht Karls Universität Heidelberg and assists clients through our German Desk. During his studies, he wrote a master`s thesis with the title „Corporate creditors‘ direct claims against the company’s board members for derivative losses“.
