Legal advice to Oceanteam ASA during all stages of the shareholder and court initiated investigation during 2018-2019.

Grette and a team led by Jacob S. Bjønness-Jacobsen have advised the Norwegian public oil service company Oceanteam ASA during all stages of the shareholder and court initiated investigation during 2018-2019. The investigation process was spectacular in the sense that, after an unanimous shareholder resolution, it was closed before the investigation was concluded. This is the first time a court initiated investigation under Norwegian law was closed based on a shareholder initiative.
