Ingvild H. Andersen

Ingvild Hachvaag Andersen is a specialist in civil litigation and dispute resolution in large commercial disputes, with emphasis on general contract law and construction law. She has extensive experience with dispute resolution and negotiations in a wide range of disciplines and especially within various final settlement disputes in construction, as well as compensation and insurance cases in the construction industry. Ingvild also has extensive experience with project management and implementation of particularly extensive litigation, as well as out-of-court dispute resolution.

Ingvild is also strategic advisor to clients on a number of issues, especially within construction law, contract law and tort law. She assists with contract drafting as well as advising on contract disputes and other disputes that arise during construction projects.

Ingvild also has 4 years of practice as a deputy judge at, among other places, Oslo District Court, as well as extensive expertise in criminal law, financial crime and general court case management.
