Skule Bakka

Skule Bakka has expertise in contract and construction law. He assists clients in all phases of contract execution, including contract drafting and negotiations, advising on project implementation and handling final settlement.

Skule has extensive industrial experience and industry understandings from his previous positions as legal director at Caverion Norway AS and lawyer at Siemens Oil & Gas. He has very good knowledge of the mechanisms and value chain in larger companies and has extensive experience as a commercial and strategic advisor and sparring partner.

Skule also has extensive experience with fabrication, industrial and delivery contracts, both within offshore and land-based operations. Furthermore, he has broad experience in several other legal fields, such as M&A, compliance and privacy.
