Litigation: Norwegian Public Roads Administration – County road 456 Kolsdalen

We assisted the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and the Vest-Agder County Administration with the final settlement and dispute following the construction of the main road from Kristiansand towards the south and west, Fv 456 Kolsdalen. The dispute concerned a claim for additional consideration in respect of delay and inconvenience.
