Grette has assisted SpareBank 1 Markets AS in connection with the successful listing of CO2 Capsol AS on Euronext Growth Oslo, including a private placement and secondary share offering prior to the listing.

CO2 Capsol is a Norwegian technology company, operating within the CCS (carbon capture and storage) industry. The company’s main product is Capsol EoP, a proprietary solution used to capture carbon dioxide from power plants and industrial facilities.
