Stine Arbiol-Kraft

Stine Arbiol-Kraft is primarily involved in transport and infrastructure projects, where she assists on both the construction client and contractor side.

She is specialised in contract development, negotiation and strategy for construction project, and is experienced in partnership agreements and PPP contracts, with particular focus on remuneration models. In addition, she holds experience from all project phases, from planning through to contracting and execution.

Stine holds a LLM in International Financial Law from King’s College London, and has previous experience in company law, transactions and restructuring, financing and tax law.

Her knowledge about the financial aspects of project management makes her a valuable contributor for clients and colleagues, while her background allows her to provide commercial and practical advice in choosing the right contract model.
