Filago senior bonds with Intertrust as trustee

We assisted Jool Markets AS and the trustee Intertrust in connection with Filago’s issuance of bonds in the amount of NOK 140 million, which were placed in Norway and Sweden.

This was one of the first bond issues in Norway with Intertrust as trustee. Grette also assisted with the first bond issues with Intertrust as trustee.
