Fredrik Ørstavik

Fredrik Ørstavik works with dispute resolution. He has experience in assisting both public and private builders and contractors in construction projects, especially related to disputes about final settlement in construction and turnkey contracts. Fredrik has procedural experience from district court and court of appeal. In addition to contract law assignments, he has assisted in disputes before the courts within general contract law, tort law (board liability), bankruptcy law and property law. Fredrik has been teaching legal subjects since 2018.
