Marie Braadland
Marie Braadland specialises in energy, contract law, and public procurement. She holds extensive experience in advisory services and dispute resolution.
Marie began her career as a research assistant at the University of Oslo, where she wrote a thesis on contracts in the power grid. Since then, she has worked within the energy industry, in addition to contract quality assurance, negotiations, project management, and dispute resolution across various sectors such as construction, supply industry, and ICT.
Recognised by Legal 500, Chambers, WWL, and featured on Finansavisen’s lists, Marie is also regarded as one of Norway’s leading lawyers within public procurement. She assists both public clients and private suppliers in the planning and execution of procurements, complaint handling, and litigation. Additionally, she serves as advisor and sparring partner for in-house lawyers in both private and public organisations.
