Jacob S. Bjønness-Jacobsen
Jacob S. Bjønness-Jacobsen specialises in proceedings before courts and in mediation, crisis and conflict management, compliance and investigations.
He holds extensive experience from executive committees, management and the education and supervision of students. Jacob assists Grette’s clients in contract management and negotiations, strategy and investigations, restructuring and change management, operational revision and audits. He is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court.
Jacob works in a transparent and structured manner, offering predictability even in comprehensive and complicated projects. He has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Jacob is the author of the only textbook on corporate investigation in Norway, Gransking etter aksjelovene, published by Universitetsforlaget/Juridika in 2022. Together with Henning Brath, Jacob will also publish a commentary textbook on the Act relating to Foundations. Furthermore, he has written the Norwegian contribution to both WorldECR: Managing Investigations – Best practice in Government and Internal Investigations and Global Legal Insights: Litigation & Dispute Resolution Laws and Regulations 2024.
