Husebyplatået – up to 1,000 new homes in western Oslo

We assist Husebyplatået AS, a company owned by Milarium AS and JM Norway AS, in connection with a major residential development project at Huseby, at the property where Statnett formerly had its headquarters. We assist with contract follow-up, assistance on permit and zoning processes, as well as general ongoing legal and strategic advice in relation to this urban development project.
