Defence of patent rights for buprenorphine patches

We have represented the pharmaceuticals firm Mundipharma in its enforcement of patents relating to buprenorphine patches for pain alleviation. Preliminary injunctions were achieved against two generics that were refusing to postpone the launch of their products until the expiry of the patent period.
