Uzma Sadaf Bhatti specializes in public procurement, contract law and construction law, and holds extensive experience within all phases of complex infrastructure projects.

Uzma has comprehensive practical experience with leading tenders, negotiations and contract processes for both construction clients and contractors. She has worked with a wide range of legal issues related to construction projects, contract law, tort law and property law.

Further, Uzma has lengthy experience as an in-house counsel at the public developer Statnett SF where she was in charge of the implementation of the procurement regulations, work with construction law issues in projects, as well as being in charge of course activity and developing in-house competence within procurement law. Uzma is also a guest lecturer in contract law and public procurement at Kristiania University College.
