Torbjørn Hafstad Eikeland

Torbjørn Eikeland specialises in construction law, advising a number of building contractors. He assists in all phases of a construction project, with particular focus on issues concerning contract law, including litigation processes.

He grew up in a family-owned construction company, and holds experience from all levels of the organisation, from groundwork to project management and operations. He is particularly concerned with profitability, which was also the topic of his dissertation at the University of Oslo.

Torbjørn holds experience from all phases of a construction project, including new-builds and rehabilitation for public and private clients, and end users. His sector specific experience is invaluable in his relations to clients.

Torbjørn has previously played ice hockey at a professional level. Coming from a competitive team-sport makes him particularly concerned with performing in his given role, wanting the best possible result for his client.
