Mari Rund Kværnhaug specializes in public procurement and contract law and has experience with ICT law and data protection.

Mari has assisted with advice in several procurement processes in the public sector. She has practical experience with all aspects of the planning, implementation, and contract follow-up phase, including preparation of contract strategy and procurement documents, quality assurance of procurements, contract management and assessment of contract law issues. She has experience with dispute resolution and has handled many complaints before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement. During her time in secretariat of the Appeals Board for Public Procurement, she also has insight into these appeal processes from the perspective of the person who prepares the case for board proceedings.
