Ulrik Brændengen specialises in individual and collective employment law and its adjoining areas, such as pensions. He also assists in litigation and dispute resolution.
He assists private and public clients on how to handle particularly challenging situations involving the employer and employee. His role as legal adviser also involves employment contracts, human resources management, occupational health and whistleblowing. He also has experience in restructuring and redundancy procedures, mergers, negotiations, litigation and arbitration in and outside the courts.
Ulrik speaks at seminars and conferences on topics within his field, especially change management and human resources, restructurings, downsizing and redundancy processes.
