Reform Bane NOR SF

We assisted Bane NOR SF with the preparations for, and the implementation of, the railway reform, including examination of all energy law implications of the enterprise being made subject to the Energy Act and the permit regime. Grette has assisted with the structuring of Bane NOR, as well as with all applications to, and dialogues with, the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) and Statnett. Grette has also assisted with the implementation of Elhub.
