We are assisting one of the best slalom skiers in the world, Henrik Kristoffersen, in his legal action against the Norwegian Ski Federation. This legal action will clarify the law at the European level in relation to skiers’ own market rights. In October 2017, the Oslo District Court requested the EFTA Court to give an advisory opinion in the case. The EFTA Court is expected to render its opinion in 2018.

Grette assists clients in legal actions, before both Norwegian and European courts. This will often concern clarification of the law or claims for damages in the wake of conduct in violation of competition law.
