Grette’s lawyers litigate a large number of cases every year in all the courts. At Grette we place great emphasis on our lawyers’ performance in the courts and we have therefore set up a comprehensive internal training scheme designed to deal with cases that end up in court in the best way for our clients.
We emphasise the necessity of specific expertise for each case. Our lawyers often appear in court and last year litigated between 50 and 100 cases in the various courts. More and more of our lawyers are appearing in the Supreme Court
We are determined to keep our clients out of court and to achieve favourable settlements where possible – even after a case has begun.
