Permira, the European private equity firm with global reach, announced 30th March that a company owned by the Permira funds has entered into an agreement to acquire PHARMAQ Holding AS, one of the world’s leading aquatic health groups, for a value of approximately €250m.
The Committee for Unfair Competition has found that the purchase and use of a competitor’s trademark as a Google AdWord constituted a breach of Section 25 of the Norwegian Marketing Control Act.
